As you’ve probably heard in the news by now, Hurricane Maria strengthened to a category 5 storm on the night of Monday 18 September 2017 before tearing through Dominica on the same night and devastating the country. The situation is desperate.

It will take years for Dominica to recover from this. The High Commission Of Dominica in Earls Court, London is currently taking donations this weekend until 8PM on Sunday 24th September, they have a list of goods that they urgently need on their website and the ship will be leaving on the morning of Monday 25th September.
Do continue to check the High Commission’s website as they will continue to collect donations for relief efforts each week, and they’re regularly updating the site regarding donations. 👇🏾
